Promoting players to teams
A function to move players quickly from 1 team to another.
USE CASE – When the U11 team become the U12 – you will want to quickly promote the players into the new team on mass.
This function can only be done by your System Administrator or Superuser
Found in SYSTEM > SYSTEM TAB > CLICK PROMOTE PLAYERS TO TEAMS
Select the team you wish to move from then scroll down to see the players in that team
At the top of the player list there is a field to choose which team to promote to
Check the players that are being promoted and finally click the Promote Players button.
You can also remove any players from said team using the Remove button on the right-hand side.
PLEASE NOTE – START AT THE TOP TEAM IN THE LIST TO MAKE IT FAR EASIER. IN YOUR VERY TOP TEAM YOU WILL JUST NEED TO REMOVE ANY PLAYERS THAT ARE NO LONGER AT THE CLUB. NOW PROMOTE FROM THE TEAM BELOW AND WORK DOWN.
