Access
To access the video section, you must firstly have the correct user roles. you will just need ‘Video Access’ user role to add and view videos. Your Club Administrator/Superuser can allocate user roles to you.
Locate the video uploader via the main Nav bar found under Analysis, Rugby or Human Performance depending on what system you are using.
Uploading a video
You will firstly see a box for you to upload your file. Here you have the option to either drag and drop your file or click and them manually select from your file selector.
Options
Once you have uploaded your file, you will see a progress bar appear, above the visibility filters. Give the video a title and description before linking the video to a video category (these are configured in the system module).
Can player download – This option will be switched off by default.
Comments enabled – Have two-way communication between staff and players against this video file.
Players can only see own comments – Retain the ability to have two-way communication, whilst only the author and recipient can view the comments
Fixture - You can tag a fixture to your sessions. The fixture must be on the system in the Fixtures section. This allows you to run a report on the sessions that took place for a particular fixture
Visibility
This is the section where you can specify who can view the video. The video can be made a ‘whole club’ video which allows all users, both players and staff members to access the file.
You also have the option to make the video open to all staff and players assigned to a team/s
Videos can be pushed to an individual/s. To do this, first you must select the team which will present a list of all players and staff members assigned to that team/s. Using the scroll bar in the columns, select the individuals you wish to push the video to.
Saving
Click save details at the bottom of the page.
