To gain access to a players medical history you must have Medical Team Status user role along with a Medical PIN.
User roles are controlled by your Club Administrator or Super user and PINs are controlled by whomever has the Medical PIN manager user role (usually your head medic).
Exporting a Players Consultation History
Find the player in question from the Team Status page (of the team the player is assigned to) > click Name > Enter medical PIN.
From the dashboard, in the Related links above the players personal details you will see Other Information > drop that and click Consultation History.
Consultation History contains all of the notes made in your consultations along with any attachments you may have filed against the athlete.
You should be redirected to a page showing a panel of options for what you would like to export.
Practitioner: You can select to export consultations from a specific practitioner
Practitioner Role: You can choose to export only consultations from a certain Practitioner by role (each user is given their role when they are created i.e. Doctor, Physio etc.)
โPrivate: You have the option to include/exclude any Private consultations that you added in a date range search (You need Medical Governance user role to searcg other practitioners Private consultations)
โLocked: You can include/exclude locked or unlocked consultations
Date Range: Start and End Date of the search
Orchard Code: You can export consultations including injuries for a specific Orchard code if you wish
Once you are happy with your search criteria > click Search Consultations which should load each consultation below in a collapsible table.
You have 2 export options:
Export to PDF: This will export all consultations immediately to pdf. Any attachments or files will appear as thumbnails in which you wouldn't be able to open.
โExport to PDF with Attachments: Use this export if you would like or need the attachments as files that you can physical open. You will receive the export to the email address that is attached to your Rugby Squad user account. It will be a secure link that will last 7 days from the request date.
Depending on how big the file is will depend on how long it takes to arrive but should be no longer than a few hours.
It's also worth checking your junk/spam folders to make sure that the export is not being filtered by your email server.
