Accessing Past Players - PMA Clients

help with locating and accessing data for players who have once been registered with your club

Because the PMA has a link with the Premier Leagues Football Administration System (iFAS), each player on the PMA has a registration history. This means that if a player has ever had an active FAS registration at your club, you should have the ability to access that players records from when he was your player.

You will need to be a Club administrator or have the Manage Players user role to manage the following steps.

Locating a Player

To access a Players data, you will need to assign him to a team within your PMA teams. Each club has a team for this called 'Past Players Team'

In the System area > look for Assign Players to Teams

Click select on the 'Past Players Team'

If you scroll down the page you should now see any players that are already assigned to that team on the Left. On the Right, you have a list of 'Available Players'
Just underneath, the Available Players title, you will see 'Club Players' and 'Past Players' - If you are looking for an previous player check the 'Past Players' option.


You can now search for the players name in the search field before adding him to your Past Players Team.

Staff Access to Past Players

To access the Past Players team, staff need assigning to it like any other team. It will then appear in their drop down selector (top right).

To assign staff to teams - System > Assign Staff to Teams.

Staff can now access data as normal. So if a medic wanted to find medical history He/She would log in > switch team to the Past Players > Go to Medical Team Status page > click the player > enter PIN > Medical history export.

PLEASE NOTE: You only have access to the data added to that player whilst he was at your club
