Using custom surveys on the Player App

Custom Surveys can be created for players to answer any using the Player App.

This data will then feed straight back into the system ready to be reviewed by staff members. For help with configuration of these surveys please see the Surveys user guide here.

Player – How to complete survey on the App

PLEASE NOTE the area where the survey sits can be called Surveys or Testing depending on configuration. They are very similar in features but the steps for both are below:

WHEN USING WELLBEING CONFIGURATION

  1. Log into the App

  2. Select Surveys in the navigation menu

  3. Select the survey name

  4. Complete and submit all questions

  5. On the last question, click the green arrow to submit the completed survey

  6. Finally, select Finish on the Survey Complete pop-up

If you wish to edit your survey answers, toggle the show completed surveys? option in the top right of the Surveys page. This will give you the ability to select the completed survey and follow the steps above to re-submit new answers.

WHEN USING TESTING CONFIGURATION

To access and complete Testing on the App, the player should follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the App

  2. Select Testing in the navigation menu

  3. Select the Testing Group

  4. Begin to enter answers and submit each answer

  5. You have two input options here: List and Wizard

  • List: Allows you to scroll up and down through Testing contents

  • Wizard: Similar to Surveys, it allows you to view, answer and submit one field at a time

6. After submitting all your answers, if you are happy, select the Green Done button

7. You have now successfully submitted your Testing answers and should be able to

see a green tick on the Testing Group

  • If you wish to change your Testing answers, you can re-select the Testing Group and edit your answers accordingly. It is important to make sure you still select Submit for all answers, even if you have not edited it.
