Sports Office have a Squad dashboard / Sport Science Dashboard which can be used to monitor a variety of metrics from Surveys, Fitness tests, Game Grades, Medical Status, GPS, Load Manager, RPE and Growth and Maturation.
The dashboard uses traffic light colours as an alerting mechanism.
This can be triggered by hard thresholds i.e. Player must score 5 or above on Sleep Quality (Red for Fail, Green for Pass).
Or from the deviation of the players score from their previous average i.e. If a score is 0-1 Deviations away, show as Green, if 1-2 Deviations away, show as Amber, if 2 or more Deviations away show as Red

Depending on what system you are using this may be called Squad Dashboard, Squad register or Sport Science dashboard.
Configuration
There are 2 types of Squad Dashboard view. These can be set in the System options by your 'Club Administrator' or 'Superuser'. These are per team dashboards giving you flexibility to have multiple views for the different squads in your organisation.
Custom Card View - Each player has a Squad Card showing whichever custom metrics you have assigned.
The alerts are set against the metric i.e. a wellbeing question, a fitness test, a GPS metric.
You can expand he alerts by clicking the traffic light.
You can also chart the metric over the past 3 months by clicking on the Name of said metric (This redirects you to the report builder so you may want to open this in another tab).
Custom Card/Tabular - Custom Card view with the ability to quickly be able to change to the tabular via a button at the top of the page
Squad Dashboard Metrics
If you are using Custom register, Custom card. or custom card/tabular dashboards, you can choose what metrics you wish to display. You will need the user role 'Fitness Administrator' or 'Club Administrator' to amend this.
In System > Fitness tab > Other options > click 'Player Register Settings'
You should now see a full list of all available metrics from the aforementioned areas.
PLEASE NOTE - Within your Wellbeing survey questions, only Numeric, Radio Range, or Radio Options with YES/NO answer options are available to show on the dashboard.
To add your metric, simply find it in the available list and click ADD.
You can alter the order these appear by using the arrows in the list. You can remove a metric by clicking REMOVE.
For each metric, you can also choose to show 'Todays' score, 'Yesterdays score' OR the 'Last Score' recorded (within a 3 month period.
The use cases for this are, you may want to see todays Sleep Score but you would like to see the last Skinfold fitness test score taken
Using the Squad Dashboard
To access the Squad Dashboard, you will need 'S and C Access' and must be assigned to relevant squad.
You will usually find the Dashboard under Analysis or Sport Science depending on which Sports Office platform you are using.
Using Custom Register - If you have any metrics with thresholds set against them you should see them in the Tabular view. Hovering over a metric will give you further information to the result in relation the threshold.
Using Custom Card View - On the Custom Card view, by default you will see each player, with his own card which has the metrics selected on there. Each metric displays the colour of the alert and by clicking on the light, you can expand it to see the score and further analysis.
There are additional alert notifications at the top of the dashboard to show the list of players who have any Amber and Red Alerts. You can click the Exclamation icons next to the Amber or Red alerts which filters to only show those players with said alert.
There are 2 buttons at the top of the dashboard to either 'Expand all metrics which has an alert' or 'Expand all metrics'.
If you click the actual metric name - this redirects you to the Standard Reporting area which charts that metrics scores for the last 3 months
PLEASE NOTE you will need 'Analytics Access' to access this feature.
