You will need the 'Club Administrator' user role to have access to the tools needed to manage user accounts. Other help on managing user accounts for staff and athletes can be found here.
When a staff member leaves your club, you should complete the following steps to prevent said user from accessing club data.
Remove staff from teams
System > Manage Staff > find the staff user in the list > from the cog click 'Edit
On the following wizard you can click the 'Assign to Teams' option from the menu
Un-check any team they were assigned to
Archive staff account
System > Manage Staff > find the staff user in the list > from the cog click 'Archive'
Deactivate user account
To stop the user logging in
System > Manage Users > find the user in the list > click the 'Deactivate' text in the active column (The green tick will turn to a red cross)
