Medical PINs are needed for any user who needs to add/view medical data against a player. This includes injuries, illnesses, SOAP notes, consultation notes, medical screens, medical attachments and medications.

Certain Medical Reports also need a PIN to access.

Medical PINs are NOT allocated by staff at The Sports Office for medico-legal reasons, they are to be controlled by each Organisation.

Each organisation can control their own PINs by emailing their respective account manager or preferably our Support Network through the relevant channel in the contacts section below.
The email must come from Head of Medical services (or equivalent) and state who within their organisation they wish to have control of Medical PINs setting (it can be more than 1 person if they wish).

Once we have received this, we can give the user role to said users.

Through this link you can add, edit and remove PINs from any staff user assigned to the team you are in.
