The Fixture Finder provides the ability to search for teams across the whole academy structure in the U9’s to U16’s age groups to see if they already have a confirmed fixture or if they may be available to arrange a fixture with.

Within the Coaching & Games Programme and the Operations module of the PMA, any staff user with the following user roles will be able to access the new Fixture Finder page.

Once the page has loaded, the user will be able to complete the following search criteria before running the report:

One the search results have been returned information can be viewed in the following 2 tabs.

Confirmed Fixtures

This tab shows all confirmed fixtures taking place within the selected search criteria.Club, age group, date/time and venue will all be visible and accurate at the point of clicking search.

No Fixtures

This tab shows any teams who do not have an active fixture on any date included in the search criteria.

All on screen information can be exported to PDF or to Excel.

Fixture Cancellations

It is also worth noting that any team who have accepted a fixture cancellation from another team will show on the no fixtures page.

Any team who proposed the confirmed fixture cancelation will not show on the “No fixtures” page.
