How to create a new email template?

Design and save a new email template for repeated use.

  1. Navigate to the "Email Templates" section in your platform.

  2. Click on the "Create New Template" button to start designing a new template.

  • Use the Drag-and-Drop Interface

    • You will see a drag-and-drop interface with various content blocks available on the left side of the screen. These blocks include:

    Add and Format Content

    • Drag the desired content blocks from the left panel to the email canvas on the right.

    • Customize each block by adding your text, images, links, and other elements.

    • Format the content to match your brand's style, including font styles, colors, and sizes.

    • Columns: Divide your email into multiple columns for better layout organization.

  • Button: Add call-to-action buttons to encourage specific actions.

  • Step 1: Click on the "Button" option in the Content panel.

  • Step 2: Drag and drop the "Button" element into your email template.

  • Step 3: Customize the button by selecting it. You can modify the button's text, URL, and action type (e.g., open a website) in the Action panel.

  • Step 4: You can use "Smart button Ai" tool to enhance call to actions in your email.

  • Divider: Insert dividers to separate sections visually. /

  • Heading: Add headings to structure your content.

  • Text: Insert text blocks for your main content.

  • Image: Add images to enhance visual appeal.

  • Menu: Include a menu for easy navigation within the email.

  • HTML: Insert custom HTML code for advanced customization.

  • Save the Template

    • Once you have finished designing and configuring the template, click the "Save Template" button to store it for future use.
