How to Configure General Settings?

  • Set Up Business – Configure company details, branding, and core settings.


  • Set Up Your Team – Manage users, roles, and permissions.

To setup your team details:
Navigate to > Management > Settings > SetUp your team

  • Profile – Update personal profile details.

    • To update personal profile details. :
      Navigate to > Management > Settings > profile
      - Update Name, email, gender, phone numbers,.... Then Click "Save"
      - You also can change change password


  • Email – Manage email settings, sender details, and templates.

To update email preferences:
Navigate to > Management > Settings > email

  • SMS – Configure SMS gateways and messaging preferences.

To Configure SMS details. :
Navigate to > Management > Settings > sms


- Show Providers and update Templates


  • Quick Replies –Set quick replies to handle customers repetitive conversations quickly.

To update quick replies:
Navigate to > Management > Settings > quick replies

- Add & edit quick replies based on your needs


  • Notifications – Set up alerts for campaigns, leads, and customer interactions.

To update notifications:
Navigate to > Management > Settings > notifications

- Select and activate needed notifications to be notified instantly


  • Menu – Customize navigation and menu structure.

To Customize navigation names :
Navigate to > Management > Settings > Menu

- Select and edit any menu or sub menu and rename it based on your business needs.


  • Fields – Define and manage custom fields for data collection.

To Customize navigation names :
Navigate to > Management > Settings > Fields

- Select any field of (Customer/ Purchase requests / Product/ Services) an mark it as required or not .. then click Save


  • Integrations – Connect third-party tools and automate workflows.

  • To Connect with the third-party tools
    Navigate to > Management > Settings > integrations

You can manage and the third-party tools that help your business needs


  • Tags – Create & edit tags to use it through out the customer journey


    To create and edit tags
    Navigate to > Management > Settings > Tags


  • Omni-channels Management - Modify the omnichannel settings
    Account & Channel Assignment

    Account Assignment

    • Account Assigned: Shows which business account is linked

    • Channel Assigned: Displays connected communication channels

User & Team Management

  • Data Set: Filter viewable conversations

  • Users: List of all team members

    • Select Agent: Assign conversations to specific agents

    • Add Users: Onboard new team members
