How To Mark "No Reply Required" On Emails

1. You can mark an email communication as "No Reply Required" from the History of the Customer Card.

2. You'll simply select the email from the list, and then choose "No Reply Required".

How To Mark "No Reply Required" On Texts

1. You can mark a text communication as "No Reply Required" from the History of the Customer Card.

2. You'll simply select the text from the list, and then choose "No Reply Required".

How To Mark "No Reply Required" On Calls

1. You can mark an inbound call communication as "No Reply Required" from the History of the Customer Card.

2. You'll simply select the call from the list, and then choose "No Reply Required".
