Safety Net is an option for communicating with clients that as a general rule should only be used by Sales Managers or those performing customer satisfaction initiatives such as follow-up calls. When 'Safety Net' is checked for a communication it does not get captured in the stats for a Sales Rep.
You may see Safety Net in any number of places where you are preparing to initiate a customer communication.
Example 1 - Communication Center - Send Email
Safety Net can be checked in the box at left just above the solid bar above the Email Formatting Tools; it is in the second line below the Subject line
Example 2 - Communication Center - Making An Outbound Call
Safety Net can be checked in the box at the bottom left just above the solid bar above the Call Tools navigation bar, within the outbound call setup process.
Example 3 - Communication Center - Send Text
Safety Net can be checked in the box at left just above the solid bar above the Text Formatting Tools; it is in the third line below in the header.
