My Customer/Lead Calls Me Asking for Olivia. Can I Tell Them She Does Not Exist?
TheCRM does not dictate what dealerships do and/or do not say. It is RECOMMENDED that when a customer or lead calls asking to speak with Olivia, that you inform them that she is unavailable, and instead field the call yourself.
Olivia is meant to lead the customer towards the path of the sales process. Once the customer actually contacts the sales team, the reps should take over the deal from there.
