Quick Explanation:

A customer's Activity Focus score is a number associated directly with their customer record, designed to multiple different metrics:

  • Their level of interest via increasing score

    • Negative scores (generally) indicate frequent outbound contact with no replies, and positive scores (generally) indicate a consistent flow of inbound communication from the customer

  • Indicates their preferred method of contact, using OliviaAI analysis of incoming communications, and the outbound communications to which they most frequently respond

  • Indicates their preferred time of contact, also based on OliviaAI analysis of patterns in the timestamps on their communications

There are many things you can determine based on the Activity Focus score, but these are the "Big 3" you can deduce just from looking at the number!
