Not Receiving OTP/2FA Texts (Android/Verizon)

If you're experiencing issues receiving 2FA codes, follow the steps below to manually select a network on your device

  1. On your mobile device, Go to Settings > Connections

2. Click on "Mobile networks"

3. Click on "Network operators"

4. Uncheck "Select automatically"

5. Let it scan for networks, then select Verizon

6. You should get a confirmation that you are registered to that network.

7. Restart phone.
