Hot Swap or Service terminals are subsidised terminals that can be kept on stand by in remote locations. This is to help businesses in remote locations who have concerns on replacement timeframes based on courier time delays.
Event Terminals $19.00inc GST per month, + $100 onboard & off-board per terminal, + courier costs
Businesses who require terminals for one off events can now access them. Please assist you clients to give +3 weeks notice, especially in remote locations or if they are new clients.

$100inc GST on board and off board to process the set up and return of the terminal
Client covers courier costs
example: Business has an event in March for 3 days and requires 2 Terminal.
2 x $100 terminal onboard/off-board = $200
2 x $19 terminal rental = $ 38

If the business has another event in June, they could either send the terminals back and then pay the onboard/off-board + courier fees again OR elect to simply keep the terminals rented April, May & June. 3 months rental for 2 terminals = 3 x $38 = $116, this is cheaper than the onboard/off-board fees.
Charge Back Fee $25.00
Charge backs occur when there is a dispute over a billing.
Dishonour Fee $25.00
In the event a Direct Debit needs to occur to the merchant and it fails.
Damaged or Lost Terminal $650.00
Terminals under warranty fault will be replaced no charge
