Keep Accurate Records - CRM - Daily checklist for success

Why: You are going to need to follow up to get a meeting and close a sale, therefore quality records are vital to being effective.

What: Update the CRM with through, accurate information and next action items.

How: Complete the below checklist on a daily basis or multiple times per day

2.1 Have you logged into the CRM to review and execute your tasks?

2.2 Review Meetings Booked this week – Target Vs Actual

2.3 Ask yourself the question, “What is the one thing I can do today that will increase the number of meetings booked?” (then do that thing)

2.4 Review Live Transacting Agencies – Target Vs Actual

2.5. Ask yourself the question, “What is the one thing I can do today that will increase the number agencies I have move from Requesting an Application to Live Transacting?” (then do that thing)

2.6 Review all companies on your list

2.6.1 Review all updates have been added including “Logging Activities”

2.6.2 Is there a task for each open account? (all accounts that are open should always have a follow up task)
