"Share Data" Onboarding Step

Once you've downloaded the relevant CGM app to your phone and created a login, your next step with Theia is to enable data sharing between the two apps.

To do this, you'll enter the login details you created for your CGM app into Theia on the "Share Data" step of your onboarding. If you're having trouble, please follow the steps below:

For Libre:

If you are unsure of what the credentials you created for your Libre account are, you can find the email address used in the Libre app as follows:

  1. Open the Libre app and select the three lines to open the Libre Menu.

  2. Select "Settings"

  3. Select "Account Settings"

  4. Scroll to where your email address is listed

If you are unsure of the password, that same email and password will work on https://libreview.com/ and you can use that site to reset your password if you need to.

For Dexcom:

If you are unsure of what login you created for your Dexcom account, you can find the username in the G7 app as follows:

  1. Tap on the "Profile" icon at the bottom right

  2. Select "Account."

  3. Scroll to the section for "Login".

This will show you the username you used for your account. This could be either your e-mail or phone number.

If you are unsure of the password, that same username and password will work on https://clarity.dexcom.com/. You can use that site to reset your password if you need to.

Additional Guidance

  • Create a password for your CGM app that you can easily remember, or be sure to write it down/save it somewhere convenient so you can easily enter it into Theia for this part of your onboarding.

  • Avoid using autofill tools for this onboarding step.
