You agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions when you create a Mighty account. The text of the Terms and Conditions is extensive and full of legal wording. Below is a summary of some items in more casual language. Please note that this is a high-level summary only.

  • Mighty members must be age 17 or older

  • You may not use The Mighty for commercial purposes

  • You are responsible for all actions taken by your Mighty account and all content created by your Mighty account

  • You agree to treat other members with respect and to refrain from disruptive behavior

  • The Mighty may remove content and suspend member accounts at any time

  • The Mighty does not claim ownership of content that you create, but The Mighty has permission to reuse and distribute the content you create
