For security purposes and to protect users and potential users from fraud, our system requires all onboarding users to go through an identity verification process. By completing the required information for enrollment, you are helping our system grasp that you are who you say you are!

Sometimes our system is unable to verify your identity for reasons such as name change, address change, etc... If you have had any changes to your personal information such as the examples listed above, we suggest trying again later.
