Upon a successful sale, sellers can choose to receive 90% of the sale amount in cash. This provides immediate liquidity and allows the seller to use the funds as desired. The transfer typically occurs within 1-14 business days. Standard fees and taxes imposed by Stripe apply, typically totalling between 1.2-3.25% of the transaction value, plus GBP 0.2 for UK citizens. Additionally, a one-time fee of GBP 2 is applied to the initial transaction each month, if applicable.

Opting for store credit involves the seller receiving a unique code in their NOLD wallet, representing the full transaction amount without any subtracted commissions (100%). This store credit is specifically designed for use at partner brands affiliated with THE NOLD, allowing sellers to make purchases through the brand's online store.

Sellers can decide to receive their funds in the form of a NOLD balance, which is deposited into their NOLD wallet. This balance represents the full sale amount. The NOLD balance can be utilised for future purchases within the NOLD marketplace, offering a convenient and seamless way for sellers to engage with the platform. Decision for what you claim is finalised at the point of claiming the amount which needs to take place within 90 days from a successful transaction. You either choose cash or store credit and specify the store credit destination. The NOLD credit is thus available only when explicitly claimed specifically in the claiming process.
