Client Scheduler is easy to set up and use! We have lots of options to help you make it uniquely yours. Client Scheduler is not available for basicLINK subscribers.

To access Client Scheduler, click Scheduling and choose "Client Scheduler". Then, click on the "Get Started" button to enable the scheduler and choose your options!

The first setting is "Allow Access to Anyone".

--If enabled, your scheduler will be available to anyone via a dedicated URL, which will appear just below when enabled. This includes users who are not logged in to thera-LINK or do not have a thera-LINK account. After a time is picked, the user will be asked to log in to thera-LINK. If they do not have a thera-LINK account, they will automatically receive an invitation to join your practice.
--If disabled, only users that you have invited to your practice can schedule.

Next setting is "Limit Availability".

--If enabled, you may customize the hours that you are available and two new tabs will appear at the top to set your availability.

--If disabled, appointments may be booked for any time of day with no restriction and the two tabs to set your availability will not be visible to you.

Next setting is "Office Booking".

-If enabled, your clients may book in-office appointments using the scheduler.
-If disabled, your clients may only book online appointments using the scheduler.

Next settings are "Minimum Advanced Notice" and "Maximum Advanced Notice".

-Minimum advanced notice will require an advanced notice of at least this amount of time. The options are 15, 30, and 60 minutes or 2, 4, 6, 12, and 24 hours notice. 60 minutes is the default setting here.

-Maximum advanced notice is how far out your clients can book on your schedule in advance. The options are 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 weeks. 4 weeks is the default setting here.

Next setting is "Appointment Buffer Time".

Buffer time prevents a client from scheduling a time slot that is back to back with another appointment. The options you can set are 0, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes. 15 minutes is the default setting here.

Last setting is "Booking Timezone".

The timezone is automatically set based on auto-detection of your current location when you set up your scheduler. The only time you may need to reset this is if you physically move to another timezone and want to change your scheduler. The scheduler will not auto-detect the new timezone unless you disable and re-enable it or change it here.

If you enabled "Limit Availability", you'll want to set your availability now by clicking on the appropriate tab up top: Online Availability or In Office Availability and setting up your available office hours. Here's a quick video to show you how it works:

At this point, if you've allowed access to everyone (first setting), you are now ready to publish your unique URL to a button or image on your website, add it to your email signature, etc.

Grab your URL from the Settings where it says "Scheduler URL". This URL is only for your scheduler and it allows clients to book with you right from your link.

Here's what the client side looks like:
