Appointment Types can be found under Scheduling>Appointment Types. Appointment types allow you create a custom name, duration, and description for your specific practice. This can be very useful if you'd like to use it in conjunction with your Client Scheduler so clients can choose based on your practice. To use Appointment Types with your Client Scheduler, go to Scheduling>Client Scheduler and scroll down to turn the Use Appointment Types toggle to "ON".
For instance, you might create an Individual Session for 50 minutes or a Family Session for 90 minutes. Then, when a client is booking an appointment, they would choose either Individual Session or Family Session from the dropdown.
Appointment types are a feature only available on the ultimateLINK plan and higher.
