To set your schedule so that your clients can only choose times during your availability, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Scheduling>Client Scheduler.
  2. Turn "Limit Availability" to ON. 
  3. If you wish to also schedule IN-OFFICE clients, turn "Office Booking" to ON as well.

4. Now, you will see tabs at the top called "Online Availability" and "Office Availability."
5. Select the appropriate tab and set up your hours here:

Now, clients can only schedule with you during the times you've set. You can still schedule appointments outside of this availability yourself, but clients can only select from these times.
