Yes, you will receive an email notification at the address you signed up with using thera-LINK, as long as you have not disabled this notification (it's enabled by default). The email will direct you to log in to the thera-LINK portal and accept or decline the request.

The email you receive will look similar to below with a login button:

You will then log in and see something like this on your dashboard as long as the request is not in the past. If the appointment request is in the past (meaning the start time is in the past), you will no longer see the request pending.

When you click "View," you'll see a popup where you can edit any details before accepting. The main detail you may want to edit is adding a payment to the appointment.

Once you press save, the client will be notified of the appointment confirmation. That's it, now your appointment is confirmed!
