The Plus and Ultimate plans allow you to add the "office manager" account type. This allows someone else to schedule and manage clients on your behalf. You are allowed one office manager for every provider/owner account that you add. 

If you need to add a new provider, simply go to Staff>Invite. When you select the role of provider, it will automatically upgrade your plan and warn you that your cost will change accordingly.
