If you or anyone on your account receive a "session limit reached" error, it is because you have used all 5 of your sessions on the basic plan or 50 sessions on the basic Group. You can quickly and painlessly upgrade your plan to the next plan by going to Practice>Subscription and choosing the appropriate plan. Your charge will be automatically prorated until your next monthly invoice.
For basic plan users, the plus plan would be the next plan up.
For basic Group plan users, the plus Group plan would be the next plan up.
