When you start, you'll get a series of emails with mobilizations that don't require equipment. So don’t worry if you don’t have any of the gear you need on hand to start. But to get the most of the program, you should definitely get your hands on the recommended equipment. We sell most of the equipment used through our TRS store. 

However, you do not need to purchase from us. You can very likely find what you need on Amazon.
