Important Guidelines for Teaching Online Seminars
✅ Approved Platform
All online seminars must be taught using your ThetaHealing® Zoom account.
If you cancel this account, you will lose access to teach any of your certified online seminars until it’s reactivated.
💲 Minimum Advertised Price (MAP Pricing) for World Relations
Select the currency for the country you are teaching in. The system will default to MAP pricing for that region.
You may always charge more, but you cannot charge less than the MAP price.
If your currency is not listed, follow the U.S. pricing or contact ThetaHealing HQ for assistance.
Standard MAP Price (USD): $800.00 (does not include deposit or registration fee)
📅 Seminar Length Requirements
The World Relations Seminar must be taught over a minimum of 5 consecutive days, with 4 sleep cycles and at least 27.5 hours of learning time (not including breaks or meals).
Approved Schedule Option:
5 Consecutive Days: 5 hours and 30 minutes per day

Make sure all students have completed the necessary prerequisites before attending.

Student Manuals: Download the correct manual from the Dropbox link below and email it to your students. These versions are non-printable.
If a student wants a printed manual, you must print and mail it to them.Practitioner Manuals: Sent via email (non-printable). If students request print copies, you are responsible for mailing.
Practitioner Handouts: Available for download and distribution.
Instructor Manuals (In-Person & Online): For your personal use only and not to be shared.

Be present online for the entire seminar
Visit breakout rooms regularly to monitor and support students
Actively engage with your class so students feel connected and supported
