When you take a ThetaHealing® seminar, you spend a lot of time learning the technique. Practice what you have learned by doing readings every day and on everyone and everything: trees, dogs, cats, friends, everybody. Understand that you are trained in ThetaHealing to be a ThetaHealer®.
Now that you are an independent certified ThetaHealing Practitioner here are a few tips to remember as you start your own business:
Master the Technique: Your proficiency in the ThetaHealing technique is foundational. Dedicate time to hone your skills through regular practice and working with various subjects. This will boost your confidence and effectiveness as a healer.
Licensing and Legalities: Understand the legal requirements for practicing healing in your area. Obtain the necessary business licenses and permits. Compliance with local laws ensures you can offer your services without legal issues.
Business Name: Choose a business name that reflects YOU and resonates with potential clients. A unique name helps people find and remember you. Everything is energy. Calling yourself “ThetaHealing by Gloria” is not going to be the best name since there are a lot of ThetaHealers out there, plus it is against the license agreement. Find a name that reflects who you are. You can always go up and ask the Creator.
Business Card: This tells the universe that you ready to be in business. A business card tells what you are doing, who you are, and where to see you. Make it professional and a reflection of you. Canva is a great tool for designing many things.
Transition from Hobby to Business: To succeed, treat your practice as a legitimate business. This involves setting fair prices for your services and valuing your time and expertise.
Professional Space: If possible, rent a dedicated office space where you can have your sessions in-person. A comfortable and inviting environment contributes to the overall healing experience. Meeting in a park or your house is not going to be comfortable for a lot of your clients and will not bring you return sessions or referrals. If you are going to schedule phone readings, have a separate business phone line in your office.
Decor and Ambiance: Create a soothing atmosphere in your office. Use elements like calming music, aromatherapy, and chakra bowls to help clients relax and feel at ease. Some people are coming for the first time, and you want them to have an amazing experience. When the client enters your room, you want them to feel loved, blessed, and that they are listened to.
Payment Handling: Set up a system for collecting payments before or after sessions. Accepting credit cards can make payment convenient for clients. If necessary, hire someone to manage payments so you can focus on the healing process.
Session Duration: Clearly define the duration of your sessions. Being respectful of your clients' time and maintaining a consistent schedule builds trust and professionalism. If they only have 30 minutes, they will work really hard. The biggest mistake for most ThetaHealers is charging for 30 minutes and taking an hour and half. You can schedule them fora double appointment but charge appropriately for your time. You are a business.
Kindness and Compassion: Infuse your interactions with kindness and empathy. A genuine, caring approach enhances the healing experience for clients and contributes to positive outcomes. If you are in an energy of kindness when you go up to the Creator and Manifest the manifestation comes faster.
Daily Connection and Focus: Practice being connected every morning. It will help you stay connected and focus your energy for the day. If you find yourself out of balance, with negative thoughts, being critical throughout the day, take a minute and reconnect to shift the energy.
Understanding Your Role: Remember Creator is doing the healing. You are witnessing the healing. Which is remarkably powerful.
Starting a ThetaHealing business requires dedication and heart-centered approach. Clear any fears and doubts as they approach. The Digging work is a tool to help you and your clients. Creator doesn’t limit you; you limit yourself.
TIME TO MANIFEST: Take a minute to think about the kind of business you want, the types of clients and students you want. Awakened Masters ready to heal and learn. What does it feel like to have your business, who is with you, helping you. How many classes are you teaching a month, how many clients do you want to see. There are many things to think about and build a manifestation list.
