Signing up for a new 1300/1800 number is quick and easy:

Go to the Phone Numbers menu in the Customer Portal.

Then click Add New Service and select either 1300 Number  or 1800 Number , then select the number of your choice then follow the prompts. 

Once complete you will receive an email confirmation and activation of your new service will take 1 -3 minutes.
