Check the Microphone and Speaker of the device:

Open https://zoom.us/test

Click on "Join Meeting Test"

Open zoom meeting pop-up appears. Click "Open Zoom Meetings"

Click "Yes" if you hear the ringtone.

Speak and you will hear a replay. If you hear yourself clearly click "Yes"

You can check which device had an issue at the end of the troubleshooting.
