If you forgot your parent password or just wish to reset it, visit the app login screen and click on the “Forgot Password” button. (You can also click on this direct link.)

Enter your email in the box and click the “Reset Password” button.

You will then receive an email to your registered email ID with directions on resetting the password.

The new password needs to follow the following rules:
