Managing Your Plan: Upgrading, Downgrading, and Cancelling

ThinkUp gives you the flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan as needed. Here’s how to manage your plan.

Upgrading Your Plan

Need more startups, users, or premium features? Upgrade your plan in just a few clicks:

  1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing

  2. Click Change Plan

  3. Select a higher-tier plan (Founder or Builder)

  4. Confirm your upgrade

Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrading Your Plan

If you want to scale down your plan:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing.

  2. Select a lower-tier plan.

  3. Adjust your account by:

    • Deleting a startup (removes associated users and data).

    • Pausing a startup (moves it to read-only).

    • Removing or pausing invited users (sets them to read-only).

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancelling Your Plan

If you decide to cancel:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing.

  2. Select Cancel Plan.

  3. Confirm cancellation by typing "cancel".

  4. Your account will enter Read-Only Mode, meaning you can view content but cannot edit, create, or share.

You can restart your subscription at any time by selecting a new plan.
