ThoughtMetric providers users with a configurable lookback window providing customizability in how one chooses to analyze their marketing data.
The lookback window determines how far back in time to consider touchpoints when attributing conversions.
Changes to the lookback window are not retroactive . Changes will only affect data going forward from the time of the change.
1.) Navigate to Configure -> Attribution on the left-side nav.
2.) Select the lookback window that you want to use from the dropdown. When you have selected a lookback window, just press the Save Changes button.
