Connecting the Woocommerce back end integration enables the tracking of returns, refunds, voided payments, and draft orders. It also double checks our data so you can be sure the ThoughtMetric data is accurate.

1.) Log into the Wordpress admin page

2.) Go to: WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.

3.) Select Add Key. You are taken to the Key Details screen.

4.) In the description box put "ThoughtMetric"

5.) In the user selection box, select your user account.

6.) In the Permissions box, select "Read" access.

7.) Select Generate API Key, you should see Consumer Key and Consumer Secret keys

8.) In ThoughtMetric, navigate to the Integrations page and scroll down to the WooCommerce API Connection section.

9.) Enter in the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret that you generated in the previous step.

10.) Enter in the domain name of your store.

11.) Click "Connect WooCommerce"
