What is the Google Conversion API?

The Conversions API is designed to create a direct and reliable connection between marketing data (such as website events and conversions) from your store to Google Ads. This marketing data helps power ad personalization, optimization, and measurement on Google Ads so that your ads are shown to people who are more likely to find them relevant.

The Google Ads Conversion API is a way to send the highly accurate (adblocker & iOS 14 proof) data from ThoughtMetric to Google to help your ads perform better.

How do I configure the Conversion API in ThoughtMetric?

1.) Navigate to the Configure on the left-side navigation menu.

2.) Select Integrations and then click Configure under Google Ads

3.) Click "Edit" on the Google account that you want ThoughtMetric to send data to.

4.) Toggle on the "Enable CAPI" setting, then click "Update"
