⚠ BETA — INVITE-ONLY ACCESS
ThreadWork is currently in beta, and access is by invitation. To get in, use the same email address where you received your invitation. Don’t have an invite yet? You can join the waitlist and we’ll be in touch. Some features described elsewhere in this help center may not be switched on yet — those are marked “Coming soon.”
Getting into ThreadWork takes a few short steps: confirm your beta access, enter your email, verify it with a code we send you, and create your account. The whole flow works on both desktop and mobile, and you can also sign in with Google.
Step 1 — Access the beta
When you first open ThreadWork, you’ll land on the Welcome to Beta screen. Because ThreadWork is in invite-only beta, you need to use the same email address that received your invitation.
Have an invite? Enter your invited email address and choose Access Beta.
No invite yet? Choose Join the waitlist to request access.
Step 2 — Enter your email
Next you’ll see Welcome to ThreadWork. This single screen handles both signing in and creating a new account:
“Enter your email to sign in. If you’re new here, we’ll create your account for you.”
Type your email address and choose Get started. (The button stays inactive until you’ve entered a valid email.)
Or choose Sign with Google to continue with your Google account
Step 3 — Verify your email with a code
ThreadWork sends a code to your email. On the Enter the code screen, type the digits from that email and choose Confirm.
Didn’t get it? You can resend — a short timer (e.g. “Resend Code in 28 sec”) prevents spamming, then Resend Code becomes available.
Check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive within a minute.
If the code doesn’t work
You may see one of these messages:
“Incorrect code. Please try again.” — Re-check the digits in your email and re-enter them.
“This code has expired. Request a new one.” — Choose Resend Code to get a fresh code.
“Too many attempts. Please try again in a few hours.” — For security, entry is temporarily paused. Wait and try again later.
Step 4 — Create your account
If you’re new, you’ll land on the Create account screen. Fill in:
Your Name — your name only. Names can’t include numbers or special symbols.
Password — must be at least 8 characters and contain at least one special character. ThreadWork shows a green check as each rule is met.
Confirm Password — re-enter the same password. A “Password match” indicator confirms the two match.
Tick I accept Terms Of Use.
When every requirement is met, Create Account becomes active. Choose it to finish.
ℹ NOTE
ThreadWork then shows “Creating account…” and, once done, an “Account created!” confirmation — you’re in.
Signing in later
To sign in after your account exists, open ThreadWork and use the same Welcome to ThreadWork screen: enter your email and choose Get started, or use Sign with Google.
Forgot your password?
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it from your email:
On the Reset your password screen, choose Send email. ThreadWork sends you an email with a special code.
You’ll see Check your inbox — open the email and follow it to continue.
On the Reset password screen, enter a New Password and Confirm New Password. The same rules apply: at least 8 characters, one special character, and the two entries must match.
You’ll see Password changed — “You can now use your new password to access your account.” Sign in as usual.
Troubleshooting
“Access Beta” isn’t working. Make sure you’re using the exact email address your invitation was sent to. If you don’t have an invite, use Join the waitlist.
The code email didn’t arrive. Check your spam folder, wait for the resend timer, then choose Resend Code.
“Too many attempts.” Entry is paused for a while for security — try again later.
