ThreadWork pricing is simple: one flat price per location, a set number of replies included each month, and a small fixed rate for any extra replies. You can pay monthly or yearly, and there's an early-bird discount while we're in beta. This article covers the plans, the discount, the difference between monthly and yearly billing, and how invoicing works.
The two plans (plus Enterprise)
Every plan is priced per location, in Swiss francs (CHF). VAT is included in the prices shown. The prices below are the standard list prices — see the early-bird section for the current discount.
| Basic | Pro | Enterprise |
Monthly | CHF 35 / location | Coming soon | Custom |
Yearly | CHF 420 / location | Coming soon | Custom |
Replies included / month | 10 | 20 | Custom |
Extra reply | CHF 1.20 | CHF 0.90 | Custom |
Minimum locations | 1 | 1 | 50+ |
Which plan fits
Basic — a single restaurant or small operation: everything you need to bring your reviews into one inbox and reply on-brand, with single-location reporting.
Pro (coming soon) — for groups that want multi-location reporting and the De-Escalation Protocol for handling serious complaints. Join the waitlist to hear first when it launches.
Enterprise — for groups of 50+ locations that need scale, security, integrations, roll-up reporting, and SLA-backed support.
How the reply allowance works
Each location's plan includes a set number of replies per month — 10 on Basic, 20 on Pro. A reply is a response ThreadWork drafts and you publish to a guest review; drafts you never publish don't count. The allowance is per location (not pooled across your account) and resets each month with no rollover.
If a location goes over its included replies, each extra reply is charged at that plan's rate — CHF 1.20 on Basic, CHF 0.90 on Pro. You can see usage in real time, set an alert as you approach the limit, and optionally auto-pause once your included replies are used up, so spend never goes past what you've decided.
The early-bird discount: 30% off
While ThreadWork is in beta, you get 30% off the base subscription per location, from your first subscription date. It does not apply to extra replies — those are always charged at the normal per-reply rate. How long the 30% lasts depends on your billing cycle:
Monthly billing — 30% off for your first 6 months (Basic CHF 35 → CHF 25), then the standard monthly price.
Yearly billing — 30% off your first year (Basic CHF 420 → CHF 300). After that, as long as you stay on yearly billing, you keep a permanent 15% discount versus paying monthly.
Monthly vs yearly billing
You can choose either cycle and switch later:
Monthly is flexible — cancel anytime — and includes the 30%-for-6-months early-bird.
Yearly is paid once a year and works out cheaper over time: 30% off in year one, then 15% below the monthly price for as long as you keep it.
Either way, extra replies are always billed monthly, at your plan's per-reply rate — even if your subscription is yearly.
Invoicing and payment
Your subscription is charged automatically to the payment method on file — monthly or yearly, depending on the cycle you choose — and one invoice covers your whole group. Extra replies are the exception: they're always billed monthly, at the end of each monthly cycle, even if your subscription is yearly. So a yearly plan means one annual charge for your subscription, plus a separate monthly charge in any month a location goes over its included replies. You can add or remove locations and switch plans at any time, and your billing adjusts accordingly.
ℹ Custom invoicing
Custom invoicing — purchase orders, bank transfer, or a consolidated invoice — is available only for Enterprise customers (50+ locations). On Basic and Pro, billing is automatic to the card on file, monthly or yearly.
