To reset a lost or forgotten password, all you have to do is click on ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login screen at

Here's how changing your password looks like:

After clicking "Forgot Password," enter your email address associated with your ThreatSwitch account. 

After inputting your email and clicking ‘Submit,’ and email will be sent. The email contains a one-click, time-sensitive link that will direct you to a screen where you may enter your NEW desired password.

That's it! You're all done and can proceed with login utilizing your new password!
