How to share information with your FSO, security manager, or security team -- about anything.

As a cleared employee -- or even just as a responsible employee -- you're required to share information with your security manager about a lot of stuff. Foreign travel, foreign contacts, suspicious activity, marriage, divorce, etc etc -- it's quite overwhelming!

When you log into ThreatSwitch, try clicking on "Report a trip or other info to my security manager" or "Report Information", as shown below.

This will open a panel of every kind of report you might want. It looks like this:

As you can see, all of the things you need to report are right here. Just click on the right one, fill out the easy form, and BOOM. You're done. No more downloading word docs and trying to type stuff in. No more filling in PDFs and then forgetting to save and having to do it all over again.ย
