Once your return is received, we will check your items and send you a notification email to confirm. During busy periods, this may take up to 7 days from the date we received the parcel from the courier.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your order was placed with both Thrift+ credit and a credit card, the refund method will depend on the refund value and the amount initially covered by each payment method used.

If after 7 days you've still not received your refund, send us a message with your order number and we'll be happy to look into that for you.
