If, for any reason, the EVRi driver was unable to collect your Thrift+ Bag or order, please get in touch with us from your dashboard by clicking here to log in and send us a message.

To help us reorganise this for you, don't forget to include your Thrift+ Bag or order number and some suitable collection dates in your message.

As soon as the collection has been rescheduled, we'll send you an update to let you know.
