To track your ThriftBooks order on a desktop, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your ThriftBooks account

  2. Click "Your Account" at the top right of the page

  3. Select the order you would like to track by clicking on the teal order number

  4. Scroll down and click "Track Package"

Please note, your order may have shipped from multiple locations across the US. If you are missing part of an order, be sure to check each shipment's tracking link for further details. This information will appear in your order history, just below the order details, next to each shipment number.

In addition, we will also send you a shipment confirmation email with your available tracking information.

Online tracking information is not 100% reliable. Missing or “stalled” tracking information can indicate that something has gone wrong with the shipment, or it can simply be the result of a missed scan along the way. Please contact Customer Service if your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery time.

On the ThriftBooks mobile app, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the 3 lines at the top left of the app

  2. Select "My Account" from the list

  3. Tap "Orders"

  4. Tap "Track Shipment"

If the "Track Shipment" option does not appear, we may not have tracking details yet. Please allow 48 hours after placing the order for tracking to become available.
