When ordering multiple items, you may receive separate packages shipped from our different processing centers across the US. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing where your order shipped from as well as all available tracking details.

All items that ship from the same location will be shipped out in the same package, when possible. Any other items shipping from different locations will arrive in separate packages.

The example below shows an order shipping from multiple locations. To track each shipment, simply click on the order number in your Order History and scroll down to see the listed number of shipments in that order. From here, you can track each individual package by clicking the "Track Package" button.
