How can I access the Healthspan dashboard?
The Healthspan dashboard is only available in the Thriva app. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to view any recent changes. If you don’t yet have the Thriva app, download it from the App Store.
Is there an extra cost for using the Healthspan dashboard?
No. The Healthspan dashboard is included as part of your Thriva experience at no additional cost. It’s designed to help you bring your key health metrics together in one place.
Where can I provide feedback?
At the top of the Healthspan dashboard, tap the purple banner that says “Click here to share your feedback.”
We welcome feedback on what’s working well, what could be improved, and any issues you notice.
Can I reorder, delete, or add new metrics to the dashboard?
Not currently. The metrics shown on the Healthspan dashboard can’t be changed yet, but this is something we may improve in the future.
Why does my metric have no reference range?
Some metrics — such as resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep quality, mood, and energy — don’t have reference ranges because they are highly individual and vary significantly from person to person.
Why is there not a reference range for every Healthspan dashboard metric?
Some metrics are best understood by tracking changes over time rather than comparing them to a general population range.
