Which metrics can be pulled in from a wearable or device?
Depending on your device, we may be able to collect:
Body fat %
Resting heart rate
Heart rate variability (HRV)
Step count
Activity sessions
Sleep duration
Sleep quality
VO₂ max
If a metric isn’t supported, you can manually add:
Systolic blood pressure
Diastolic blood pressure
Resting heart rate
Body fat %
Sleep duration
How do I learn more about my metrics?
Tap any metric in the Healthspan dashboard to:
View your data and trends
Learn why the metric matters

How is my sleep consistency calculated?
Sleep consistency is calculated using Thriva’s own algorithm, adapted from the Sleep Regularity Index.
We look at your sleep and wake times over a rolling period of at least four consecutive days. If you don’t yet have enough data, your score may appear lower until more data is available.
What does self-reported data mean?
Self-reported data is information you manually enter into Thriva, such as mood, energy, sleep quality, resting heart rate, blood pressure, or body fat percentage.
Where is my self-reported data coming from and how do I update it?
Self-reported data comes from your Health profile.
To update it:
Open the app
Tap the top-left icon
Go to Health profile
Select the relevant section
How often should I update my self-reported data?
We recommend updating self-reported data every 1–2 weeks to help track trends over time.
Can I delete my self-reported data?
You can’t delete entries at the moment. If you add a new value on the same day, it will replace the previous value in summaries, but both entries will still appear in the trend graph.
Can I add self-reported data from the past?
No. Self-reported data can only be added for the day you enter it.
How is sleep quality measured?
Sleep quality can come from a connected wearable or be self-reported based on how you rate your sleep over the previous 7 nights.
The value appears on the day you log it, but represents those past nights. Overlapping entries are handled so only the most recent data is used in averages.
How can I test my blood pressure?
You can measure blood pressure using:
A home blood pressure monitor
A pharmacy blood pressure machine
A GP or healthcare professional
You can enter readings manually in your Health profile.
