❄️ Posting your sample in subzero temperatures ❄️

Sending your samples to us when it's colder than 0 degrees outside

If you're taking your test soon, please don't post your sample back to us if the outside temperature where you are goes below 0 degrees.

This is because the freezing temperatures could affect samples whilst on the way to the lab — and we might not be able to analyse them.

As soon as the temperature is above 0 degrees in your area — please feel free to send your sample back to us.

If you have to post your sample during low temperatures — try and post it closer to the collection time so that it's not sitting in a freezing postbox for a long time.
