How can I update my collection method?

You can update your collection method in the app or the website for future tests.

On the app:

  1. Open the Thriva app and tap on the person icon in the top right corner

  2. Tap "Subscriptions and Orders"

  3. Scroll down to testing method, and tap `'Edit"

  4. Select your preferred option and then "Save changes"

On the website:

  1. Log into Thriva and click on "Account" in the top right corner

  2. Click "Subscriptions and Orders"

  3. Scroll down to testing method, and click `'Edit"

  4. Select your preferred option and then click "Save changes"

If you already have a kit or it's on it's way, and you'd like to update the testing method for it, please reach out to us at hello@thriva.co and we'll send through a replacement kit.
